Healthy Eating and Weight Management Program

I prefer to use the term “Weight Management” because the term “Weight Loss” implies you have lost something and people usually want to get back something they have lost. People lose things, usually, by mistake. As long as you think of ‘losing’ weight you are making life difficult for your mind to deal with. Instead, think of “Managing” your weight.

This can be done over four sessions and targets the reasons for overeating like emotional/deeper rooted causes for the weight gain it will also help you motivate yourself to eat healthy.

Using my NLP and Hypnotherapy skills I will guide you through each step of the program helping you to lose weight safely and explaining every step as we go along. You will receive your very own program which has all the information you need to help you towards your goal and new healthy lifestyle.

People often turn to food in life for comfort then it becomes part of that emotional cycle whether they are happy or sad, they eat to reward or make themselves feel better. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have this feeling without the food?

So what happens?

Each session is very free flowing so it does depend on what information I get to how the sessions evolve.

 

So, how much does this new lease of life cost?
Just £300 or four easy payments of £75 per session.

 

Session One

I will take you through the printed programme step by step, you will be asked about your lifestyle and eating habits and we shall look a little deeper into the reasons for the overeating and weight. I may ask you to do certain mental exercises in the session and at home. This session I try to gather as much information as possible so I can tailor every session to your needs.

The hypnosis session will be a nice gentle introduction to this wonderfully powerful state of mind, I will be seeing if you respond well to hypnosis and if you are a good subject. Normal people are very surprised that they can access hypnosis easily on the first session and really enjoy the experience. You will be given a few little bit of work to do at home and also a MP3 on CD to listen to in the week.

Session Two

I go through some the tasks will have been asked to do between sessions, a little homework I expect all of my clients to complete, don’t worry it’s not hard but more thought provoking. I will want to her how you have coped since the first session and to hear a progress report, I believe it’s important for the client to take responsibility.

We will once again do some mental exercises and therapy depending what information I gather with the session and then go into the hypnosis.

We also look a little deeper into the WHY you overeat in the hypnosis session and pin point any unconscious reasons behind it if there are any or work on any area you feel you need a little help with.

Session Three

By this stage you will really be noticing a shift in your mind-set towards food and your lifestyle. I will be looking at the food you are now eating and reinforcing the change with the powerful tools I have. I will be making sure you are really working towards your goals and explaining how we can achieve those easily other the coming months so you will find it easy to reduce and maintain once you are at your ideal weight.

Hypnosis session will be around 20 to 30 minutes long and again I will guide you through it and help you to make those powerful shifts again.

Session Four

I take a look at your overall progress and look at everything we have covered so far, this session is all about making sure you have everything you need to ensure you carry on and reach your goals. I think of it as a way of concreting all the learning and knowledge you will now have. I want to set you up for long term and future success and happiness so everything becomes easy for you. Your unconscious mind will now be running all the right programmes so you just won’t have to think about anything it becomes a positive unconscious habit of eat healthy in the right portions at the right times.

Normally by this session the result speak for themselves and client is already well on their way to a slimmer and happy future and lifestyle.
